- must have decent graphics, layouts, icons, etc. and layout-making skills must be equivalent to mine or better;
- site must be around two months old, unless stated otherwise;
- no x-rated graphics;
- no piczo, paint, anime, neopet-related sites, unless stated otherwise;
- should use Photoshop, PaintShop Pro, or any image-editing program OTHER than Paint MS;
- owned by a polite person that at least drops around my site for a little hello here and there, i think of affiliates as friends;
